The SublimeLine - Individual, down to the last detail

With over 700 variants, the SublimeLine offers a comprehensive variety of breast implants. The patient and surgeon can specifically choose the implant that fits their needs and preferences.

The selection of the suitable SublimeLine variant takes place in three steps:

  1. Measure the thorax and determine the base width
  2. Select the basic shape and implant surface
  3. Decide on for one of four projections ("heights")

First, the basic width of the implant is chosen - derived from the dimensions of the rib cage. Once the baseline width is determined, the surgeon and patient can review which of the four basic shapes and surfaces are best suited. In addition, the surgeon can also use the so-called Y formula: Link.

B-Lite Logo

The uniquely lightweight B-Lite® series is considered one of the most significant developments in the industry over the last 30 years. Up to 30% lighter than traditional implants, they provide the same fullness and firmness look and feel.

To achieve this, B-Lite® combine proven materials with breakthrough technology: the standard silicone gel filling is enhanced with special microspheres and is designed to reduce the effects of gravity. The result is an implant that combines comfort with sustainable aesthetics. (1)

B-Lite® breast implants reduce stress on the breast and connective tissue - even with large models. Thus, they retain a natural, attractive shape and ensure a more relaxed wear. (1)

The Diagon\Gel® 4Two Series - Natural and dimensionally stable

Breast implants of the Diagon\Gel® 4Two series provide a particularly natural look - made possible by the combination of two different gels. The back of the implant contains a softer gel (EasyFit Gel™), which ensures the optimized fit of the implant on the ribcage. In the front part there is a firmer gel (Shapar Gel™), which stabilises the projection and can work together with the DualPlane technique like an inner bra.

Unlike traditional breast implants, the models of the Diagon\Gel® 4Two series are only available with anatomical profiles, and the maximal projection of these implants is lower than in other series. In cases of mild to moderate ptosis, a lift can be performed without major scars.

Diagon\Gel® 4Two breast implants are manufactured in two basic forms:

  • 4Two AR: This implant has a round support surface and an anatomical profile. AR stands for anatomical-round.
  • 4Two AO: This implant has a contact area shortened by one centimetre in the upper half and an anatomical profile. AO stands for anatomical-oval.
