We are the only German manufacturer of breast implants and body-contouring implants, and all our products are manufactured exclusively in Germany, ensuring our very high safety and quality standards are maintained. 

As implants are surgical devices, in most countries, patients cannot buy implants directly. Your surgeon can buy POLYTECH implants (breast implants, gluteal implants, calf implants, pectoral implants, testicular implants, breast expanders and more) through our direct office or the local POLYTECH partner (depending on your location).
