Beatrice Vanni’s early legal career included internships at the Juvenile Court and the Ombudsman of the Province of Milano, as well as pre- and post-graduate experience in established law firms in Milano. She achieved her bar qualification in 2015.

She joined POLYTECH Italia as the first employee in the same year, taking on broad responsibilities across legal, regulatory, and marketing functions. In 2019, she transitioned to POLYTECH’s headquarters in Germany as Contracts Manager and now serves as Head of Legal Affairs, overseeing legal strategy and compliance at the global level.

Since February 2025, Beatrice's responsibilities have been expanded to include the direction of the HR department. 

On the legal side, Beatrice is responsible to ensure the company operates within very demanding frameworks while fostering transparency and ethical business practices. As Head of HR, she is dedicated to building an inclusive environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. With a balanced focus on law and company culture, she helps drive both the company’s success and its peoples' well-being.

Beatrice holds a BA in Archaeology and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude.
