Vicky Rittinghaus joined POLYTECH in 2021, bringing over 12 years of leadership experience in Human Resources within multinational companies. As Head of Global HR, she focuses on strategic initiatives for organizational development and supporting the company’s growth. Her expertise lies in creating tailored strategies that enhance efficiency and build a strong, diverse corporate culture.
She holds a Master of Science in International Human Resources and Training Management, and her strategic thinking and global perspective play a key role in the sustainable development of POLYTECH’s workforce.
