Dr. Markus Neuhauser joined POLYTECH in April 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in financial management and strategy. Prior to joining POLYTECH, Dr. Neuhauser was the Managing Director and CFO at Acura Zahnärzte GmbH – one of the leading private equity-backed dental care provider in Germany. He designed, structured and successfully executed this buy-and build case to over 100 locations. He also held key leadership roles at Acura Kliniken Albstadt GmbH and developed a solid track record across diverse sectors, including industrial, medical, retail, and service management.
With more than 12 years of financial leadership experience spanning multiple industries and 22 countries, Dr. Neuhauser is known for his expertise in business restructuring, financial strategy, and sustainable value creation along the entire value chain. His strategic acumen and cross-functional expertise ensure POLYTECH remains financially agile and positioned for expansion.
Dr. Neuhauser holds a doctorate in business administration and microeconomics from Bamberg University, where his research focused on financial modeling and corporate governance. His strong academic background (Dipl. Kfm., M.Sc., B.Sc.), combined with his professional experience, makes him a key contributor to POLYTECH’s executive team and its future growth trajectory.
