Custom-made implants and expanders

Implants and expanders with individual specifications may be manufactured as custom-made products on demand.

Manufacturing of custom-made products is on demand only, after order confirmation and prepayment.

Please follow our process for ordering a custom-made implant or expander:

 

SERVICE:

  • Order forms listing in detail the optional product specifications.
  • Qualified assistance during the development of your custom-made implant or expander.
  • Product quality in accordance with the applicable laws.

 

REQUIRED INFORMATION:

  • Specification of the product surface (MESMO®, Microthane®, POLYtxt®, POLYsmoooth™).
  • Specification of the filler material (Silicone Gel).
  • For expanders: specification of the required valve type and size.

 

EXCLUSIONS:

Custom-made implants and expanders are not eligible for registration to the IMPLANTS of EXCELLENCE Programme.

 

ORDER PROCESS:

  1. You submit an order form with all the required information.
  2. POLYTECH prepares an estimate of the time and cost for the manufacture of the custom-made product.
  3. Once you are satisfied, you confirm the order and we issue the corresponding invoice: manufacture is on demand only, upon prepayment.
