The SublimeLine® - Individual, down to the last detail

With over 700 variants, the SublimeLine® offers an impressive variety of breast implants. Here, the patient and doctor can specifically choose the implant that perfectly fits their needs. Our matrix representation makes this possible.

The selection of the suitable SublimeLine® variant takes place in three steps:

  1. Measure the thorax and determine the base width
  2. Select the basic shape and implant surface
  3. Decide on for one of four projections ("heights")

First, the basic width of the implant is chosen - derived from the dimensions of the rib cage. Once the baseline width is determined, the surgeon and patient can decide which of the four basic shapes and surfaces are best suited for the patient. In addition, the surgeon can also use the so-called Y formula: Link.

The four basic forms of SublimeLine®

  • Même® - The traditional round breast implant with circular support surface or base and a uniformly convex profile.
  • Replicon® - The classic among the anatomical shapes, they have a round base and a tear-drop profile with more volume in the lower half.
  • Opticon® - These implants are a variant of the anatomical shape. They have a shorter base surface and are particularly suitable for women with a lot of subcutaneous fat tissue in the neckline.
  • Optimam® - These implants are again based on the anatomical shape: they have an extended base, so that patients with little subcutaneous fat tissue, an aesthetic, gradual transition from the chest to the chest model can be achieved.

Finally, the projection of the implant is selected. This refers to the maximal distance between the implant base and the convex front part. In other words, the projection is the height of the breast implant. You can choose between four variants: low, moderate, high and extra high.

B-Lite

The uniquely lightweight B-Lite® series has revolutionised the world of breast implants and is considered one of the most significant developments in the industry over the last 30 years. Up to 30% lighter than traditional implants, they provide the same fullness and firmness look and feel.

To achieve this, B-Lite® combine proven materials with breakthrough technology: the standard silicone gel filling is enhanced with special microspheres and is designed to reduce the effects of gravity. The result is an implant that combines comfort with sustainable aesthetics.

B-Lite® breast implants minimise stress on the breast and connective tissue - even with large models. Thus, they retain a natural, attractive shape and ensure a more relaxed wear.

The B-Lite® series implants are currently manufactured in round and anatomical shapes and are available with POLYtxt® surfaces.

More information about our B-Lite® breast implants can be found in our brochure.

The Diagon\Gel® 4Two Series - Natural and dimensionally stable

Breast implants of the Diagon\Gel® 4Two series provide a particularly natural look - made possible by the combination of two different gels. The back of the implant contains a softer gel (EasyFit Gel™). It ensures the implant optimized fit on the ribcage. In the front part there is a stronger gel (Shapar Gel™), which stabilises the projection and can work together - if applied - with the DualPlane technique like an inner bra.

Unlike traditional breast implants, the models of the Diagon\Gel® 4Two series are only available with anatomical profiles, and the maximal projection of these implants is lower than in other series. In cases of mild to moderate ptosis, such a lift can be performed without major scars.

Diagon Gel 4Two

Diagon\Gel® 4Two breast implants are manufactured in two basic forms:

  • 4Two AR : This implant has a round support surface and an anatomical profile. AR stands for anatomical-round.
  • 4Two AO : This implant has a contact area shortened by one centimetre in the upper half and an anatomical profile. AO stands for anatomical-oval.

More information about the Diagon\Gel® 4Two Breast implants can be found in our brochure.
